How do I prepare my bike for shipping?

Keep fuel below ¼ tank. Our technicians will handle any necessary disassembly and crating adjustments. Please remove loose or personal items.
Can I ship my sidecases with the bike?

Yes, for an additional charge. Sidecases are often boxed separately and stacked on top of the motorcycle crate. Most sidecases do not fit inside of a normal crate.
Can I ship anything else with the bike?

Generally, no. Additional items can sometimes be boxed and shipped for an additional charge, but it is best to plan on shipping everything that is not attached to the bike separately. Absolutely no loose items may be shipped inside of the crate.
Is crating included in the service?

Yes. We offer professional crating in Anchorage for outbound shipments; inbound bikes must be crated at their origin.
Do you offer uncrating at the final destination?

What lead time is required before scheduling?

For trip planning, please contact us in advance to receive an estimated rate. Bookings are accepted up to 30 days prior to preferred service date.
Yes. We provide up to 30 days of complementary storage at our anchorage facility for both outbound and inbound shipments. Additional storage time is charged at $10/day.
Do you offer motorcycle storage in anchorage?

No. Our services end once the crated motorcycle is delivered to the final destination. We recommend shipping to a location with forklift access and adequate space or services available for safe uncrating.
